Donovan Nelson: The Students
Donovan Nelson, known for his striking portraits, is an alumni of The New
York Academy Of Fine Arts. Nelson studied figurative painting for the past
decade, working professionally for many years and showing his work artistically
as well. A high school art teacher in Brooklyn, Nelson has been taking time
off to concentrate on his fine art career. Mr. Nelson have executed commissioned
works for Medgar Evers College, The Attorney General Offices In Albany,
New York, New York Housing Authority. Mr. Nelson Works in in the collections
of many private collectors locally and abroad; he works out of his studio
in the blossoming art scene that is the borough of Brooklyn, New York City.
