ValentineNewYork is pleased to provide each institution with a complete exhibition package. Catalogs, brochures or reproducible gallery guides, identification labels, and framed text panels are sent to each venue. To help you promote the exhibition in you community, a Publicity/Registrar's packet with black-and-white photographs and a press release are also included. Exhibitions with display dates of seven weeks or more also receive a complete set of color slides and one color transparency.
All ValentineNewYork exhibitions are provided with a Programming Guide. To guide contains a wide variety of educational and programming materials from which to pick and choose, allowing you to form the exhibition to fit the needs of your community.
Before receiving the exhibition, each organization receives a dimensional checklist, a checklist receipt, and clear instructions for installing the exhibition. Our exhibition crates are custom-designed for both easy handling and maximum care for the objects inside. The crates also contain a condition report book and a packing list. Some exhibitions include photographs that illustrate proper packing of the crates. Insurance, covering the exhibition while it is in your gallery and during transit, is included in the exhibition rental fee.

Exhibiting dates are designed first-come, first-served, on the basis of availability. A facility report must be reviewed and approved by ValentineNewyYork staff before a contract can be issued. A deposit (25% of the rental fee) is required for exhibitions with display dates of seven weeks or more, or for exhibitions with rental fees of more than $5,000. The deposit is due with the signed contract. All exhibition rental fees are due in full on the day the exhibition opens. If you are interested in scheduling an exhibition, please call 347-236-7226.
